组织合法性研究脉络梳理与未来展望

The Research Skeleton Pectination and Future Prospect of Organizational Legitimacy

在所处的环境中获取合法性关系到组织的生存与发展,因此,组织合法性得到了越来越多学者和业界人士的关注。鉴于此,笔者沿着组织合法性的界定和构成维度、组织合法性研究的战略和制度视角以及获取组织合法性的机制对当前文献进行梳理,在此基础上,笔者进一步对组织合法性的未来研究进行了探讨和展望。

It is in relation to the survival and development for the organization to obtain the legitimacy in the environment. Therefore, the organizational legitimacy has gotten more and more attention from scholars and business community. In view of this, the paper attempts to clarify the current research along the definition and dimensions of organizational legitimacy, the strategy and institutional perspective of organizational legitimacy, and the mechanism of obtaining organizational legitimacy. On this basis, the paper further discusses and prospects for future research on organizational legitimacy.
