摘要
目的:探讨256层ICT头颅血管成像对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析35例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,经CTA初步检查颅内动脉瘤后,做DSA检查或行手术治疗.结果:35例患者中检查出动脉瘤36例,前交通动脉瘤15例,后交通动脉瘤7例,大脑中动脉动脉瘤9例,大脑后动脉动脉瘤3例,双侧后交通动脉瘤同时存在1例.结论:256层ICT头颅血管成像快速又准确,是颅内动脉瘤筛选的一种安全、无创、有价值的首选影像学检查方法,能够为临床提供准确诊断结果.
Objective:To investigate the value of 256-slice intelligent computed tomography(ICT)cerebral angiogra-phy in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods:35 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage were ret-rospectively analyzed. After initially diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms by computed tomography angiography (CTA),they underwent the digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination or surgical treatment. Results:In the 35 patients,36 cases of aneurysm were checked out,in which 15 cases were anterior communicating aneurysms,7 cases were posterior communicating aneurysm,9 cases were middle cerebral aneurysms,3 cases were posterior cere-bral aneurysms,and 1 case was ambilateral posterior communicating aneurysm. Conclusion:The 256-slice ICT cere-bral angiography is the primary and valuable imaging examination method for screening intracranial aneurysm with the advantages of quickness,accuracy,safety,non-invasiveness,and it can provide accurate diagnosis for clinical doc-tors.
