内蒙古民族大学田径队备战全区第十届大学生运动会的形势与对策

The Situation and Strategies for Preparing the Tenth University Games of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region about Our Track and Field Team

对第九届全区大学生运动会我校取得的田径比赛成绩及总体成绩进行系统的分析,认清我校田径队当前的发展现状与形势.下一届大运会在我校举办,做为东道主要想完成"保四争三"的目标需要我们做好几项工作:抓好传统优势项目,尽快提高落后项目;积极扩大招生渠道;加强教练员的执教、科研能力与培训工作;扩大训练与比赛经费投入.

By analyzing the track and field achievements and total score of our university in the Ninth University Games of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,we have a clear understanding about current development status and situation of our track and field team. The next universiade will held in our university. As the host,we need to do several jobs in order to complete the target of“keeping the forth,fighting the third”. They are as follows：Grasping the traditional ad-vantages projects and improving those backward projects as soon as possible;expanding recruitment channels actively;strengthening teaching,the research capacity and training for all the coaches;expanding the training and competition funds;and improving the supervision system.
