摘要 本文针对不停电检修时,在电流互感器二次回路上进行操作可能导致电流互感器二次侧开路的状况,提出现有电流互感器二次过电压保护器设计、运行的缺点,并介绍了一种基于电流测量电流互感器二次开路预判装置。该系统代替四联短接线并接入需要短接的端子上,利用可调节电阻对电流互感器二次侧电流进行分流,通过观察电流变化判断二次回路是否开路。该装置避免二次侧开路的发生,提高了在电流互感器二次侧工作的安全性,具有广泛的应用价值。 In the view of uninterrupted maintenance, the operation in the secondary side of current transformer may lead to current transformer secondary side open, the shortcomings in the design、operation of traditional overvoltage relaying protection are point out, and introduces a pre-open device based on current measurement. This device can access to the terminals which needs short connect instead of four short connection, which shunt the current of the current transformer secondary side with adjustable resistance, and judge whether the secondary side is open by observing the change of current. This system can avoid open of secondary side, and improving safety of work in the secondary side, which has widely application value.
