The Analects of Confucius and Professional Ethics Education of Vocational College Students

随着高职院校学生培养模式由"知识本位"向"能力本位",再到"素质本位"的重心挪移,高职院校学生的职业素质教育、文化素质教育日益成为当前高职教育新的侧重点。职业道德是职业素质的核心内涵,职业道德教育也是高职院校学生职业素质培养的主要内容。中国传统文化经典《论语》中包含的道德智慧既是高职院校学生职业道德教育的宝贵文化资源,也是高职院校文化素质教育、文化育人的重要方面。

With the training mode of TVET shifting from knowledge-based to competence- based and to quality-based, the professional quality education and cultural quality education are increasingly becoming the new focus of TVET nowadays. Professional ethics is the core of professional quality. Therefore, professional ethics education comprises the main content of professional quality training in TVET. The moral wisdom exemplified in The Analects of Confucius, the Chinese classic, is not only the valuable cultural resources for professional ethics education of vocational college students, but also the important aspects of cultural quality education and cultural education in vocational colleges.
