重庆市悦来新城自行车道彩色铺装工程设计与施工

摘要 依托彩色自行车道铺装工程,对彩色沥青AC-13进行了配合比设计和路用性能试验,简要介绍其施工及现场检测情况。试验表明:设计的彩色沥青AC-13最佳油石比为5.0%,残留稳定度91.0%,冻融劈裂强度比89.2%,动稳定度2132次/mm;施工完成的彩色沥青混凝土铺装层压实度98.0%,渗水系数88ml/min,构造深度0.77mm,平整度2.0mm。彩色沥青混凝土的路用性能高于行业规范对等级公路路面的指标要求,其施工工艺和设备与常规热拌沥青混合料相近,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In this article, being based on the engineering of colored pavement for bicycle path, the ratio design and performance of colored asphalt AC-13 have been conducted, and a brief description of its construction infor- mation and on-site testing result have been provided. The result shows that the best aggregate ratio of colored as- phalt AC-13 is 5.0% ; the residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 91.0% and 89.2% ; the dynamic stability is 2132 times per ram; the colored asphalt concrete pavement is 98.0% degree of compaction, 88ml/min of permeability coefficient, 0.77mm of texture depth, 2.0mm of flatness. The pavement performance of colored asphalt concrete pavement is higher than requirements for pavement specifications, considering its sim- ilar construction technology and equipment as with conventional hot mix asphalt, which has made it with a high application value.
