就业的产业结构与居民收入分配动态关系研究——基于对珠三角地区的实证分析

Research on Dynamic Relationship between Industrial Structure of Employment and Resident Income Distribution ——An Empirical Analysis based on case study of Pearl River Delta

文章构建面板数据模型,实证检验了珠三角9市1994-2009年就业的三次产业结构与居民收入分配间的长短期影响关系,以及两者之间的相互作用情况.表明在三次产业结构的变迁中,一次产业就业结构变化能够带动收入差距向负向方向变动,与二、三次产业就业结构变化的影响效应相反.通过提高一次产业的劳动生产率、增加其产业工人的收入,是保证本区域收入差距缩小的关键.

This article uses panel data model, tests the relationship over the period 1994-2009 in 9 cities of Chu Chiang Delta, The results show that： the industrial structures of employment in primary industry employment structure and income inequality showed a negative relationship between changes; third industry has shown positive changes in relationships; Employees in primary industry need to increase income, and promote the growth of labor productivity in the primary industry to ensure that PRD continued to narrow the income gap and achieve a stable social and economic development.
