摘要
水平环式焙烧炉火道内温度分布的均匀程度是影响炭阳极焙烧质量的主要因素之一 ,而温度场与气流分布的均匀程度密切相关。为了解火道内气流分布的情况 ,应用Navier Stokes方程与k -ε双方程湍流模型 ,对水平环式阳极焙烧炉火道内的气流分布进行了仿真计算 ,并以提高火道内气流分布的均匀程度为目标 ,对火道内挡块的数量与位置进行了优化。其计算结果表明 :在设计挡块时 ,应考虑气体的流动方向。根据气体的流动规律 ,适当调整挡块的数量与位置 。
In a ring type horizontal baking furnace′s flue, the temperature distribation pattern is one of the key factors affecting the quality of baked anodic carbon. However, temperature field is closely correlated with gas flow. To understand the gas distribution in the flue, the authors adopt a Navier stoke equation and “ k ε ” two equation turbulene model to perform simulation calculation of the gas distribution in the flue and the number and location of flue baffles in the flue are optimzied to improve the gas distribution. The results show that the direction of the gas flow should be considered in design of flue baffles. According to the gas flow pattern, the gas flow distribution can be greatly improved by appropriately adjusting the number and location of flue baffles.
