6MVA电炉铜管短网与铜排短网的比较及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 通过对 6MVA电炉铜管短网与铜排短网运行情况的比较,发现铜管短网的电压降明显高于铜排短网,效率低于铜排短网。对二者进行了仔细分析,从而得出将铜管短网的铜管规格由 50/30mm改为 70/50mm后,其各项指标将优于铜排短网。 By comparing the running situations between copper tube short network and copper row short network in the 6MVA electric fumace,it is discovered that the voltage drop of copper tube short network is obviously higher than the latter.The detailed analyses show that if the standard of copper tube short netword is changed from 50/30mm to 70/50mm,the targets will better than that of copper row short network.
