摘要
针对城市品牌建设中的影响因素识别问题,探讨了一种全新的影响因素识别方法,构建出城市品牌建设影响因素体系.在此基础上针对专家基于影响因素之间的直接影响程度所给出的语言评价信息,提出了一种语言环境下考虑影响因素关联的城市品牌建设影响因素识别方法.此方法借鉴了传统决策试验和评价实验法(DEMATEL)的基本思想,利用二元语义及其算子对语言评价信息进行处理和集结,进而对城市品牌建设影响因素进行排序和归类,并通过对影响因素因果关系图的绘制和分析识别出核心因素、原因因素和结果因素,从而解决多因素关联且关联程度评价具有模糊性和不确定性的城市品牌建设影响因素识别问题.通过实例分析说明了此方法的应用,并探讨了如何依据识别结果制定城市品牌建设方面的管控策略.
A new recognition approach of affecting factor is proposed to solve the problem of af- fecting factor identification of urban branding. Firstly, a system of urban branding affecting factors is constructed. Then, according to the language assessment information based on the degree of direct influence between affecting factors given by experts, an approach to identifying urban branding affecting factors considering mutual influence between affecting factors in the language environment is presented. Based on the idea and method of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), the 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic information and its operators are used in the proposed approach to process and aggregate the language assessment informa- tion to rank and classify urban branding affecting factors, identify core, reason and result fac- tors through drawing and analysis of causal relationship figure of affecting factors, and finally solve affecting factor identification problem of urban branding on multiple correlation factors, ambiguity and uncertainty of correlation degree evaluation. Finally, we gave an application case to illustrate the proposed approach, and discussed how to take measures to manage and control the urban branding according to the identification results.
