机焦炉炼制高强度、高密度焦炭,受配合煤原料性质和炼焦工艺的影响。在制定配煤方案时,可以V-g1作为主要参数,综合平衡G、Y、TI(TR)等参数对强度的影响;在炼焦工艺方面,应严格控制入炉煤粒度、水分、堆比重、干馏温度、延时出焦等工艺指标,以改善焦炭物理性能。

The properties of material coal and coking p rocess have big influence on producing coke of high strength and high density by mechanical coke oven.During making up mixing coal plan V-g１ could do as main parameter to comprehensively equalize the influence of parameters of G,Y,TI(TR ), etc,on strength.In the process of coking production the technical indexes cons is ted of coal grain by charging,water content,stocking density,dry distillation te mperature,delay discharge coke time,etc,must be to do strictly controll,so that the physical and chemical properties of coke can be improved.
