摘要
饭店业的行业特性造就了饭店企业较高的员工离职率,个人因素、组织因素、社会因素影响着饭店员工的离职倾向。从饭店企业角度而言,个人因素、组织因素为可控因素,而社会因素为不可控因素。针对个人因素,应该科学地甄选员工,严把招聘关;制定科学的职业生涯规划,提升员工晋升机会等。针对组织因素,提出提升饭店工作环境,提高员工组织支持感;制定科学合理的培训方案,提高饭店培训水平;完善饭店激励机制,激发员工工作热情等。
Industry characteristics of the hotel industry have created a high employee turnover rate. lhe paper summarizes the research at home and abroad and presents the factors that influence hotel employees' turnover intention: personal factors, organizational factors and social factors. From the role of hotel, personal and organizational factors are controllable, but social factors are uncontrollable. The author points out selecting staffs scientifically, making a scientific occupation career planning and so on to counter personal factors. According to organizational factors, the author advises the hotel to improve working and staff perceived organizational support, formulate the scientific training plan and so on.
