我国工业设计创新现状、存在问题与对策

Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of China's Industrial Design Innovation

工业设计创新是促进我国经济发展方式转变、助推"中国制造"走向"中国创造"的重要手段。在厘清我国工业设计发展阶段的基础上,分析我国工业设计创新体系、创新理念、创新能力等现状,结合工业设计创新中存在的对创新作用认识不足、创新滞后于经济发展、缺乏知识产权意识、缺乏具有创新能力的优秀工业设计人才等问题,从工业设计立国战略、工业设计产业发展和创新资源集聚、人才培养等方面,提出了促进我国工业设计创新的对策。

Industrial design innovation is the means to promote the transformation of development mode of China＇s economy, and boost ＂Made in China＂ to ＂Created in China＂. Based on a review of the developing phases of China＇s industrial design, the paper analyzes the status of innovation system, innovation ideas and innovation capability. Combined with the main existing problems of China＇s industrial design innovation, such as the insufficient understanding of innovation function, the lagging behind economic development, the lack of consciousness of intellectual property rights and the lack of excellent industrial design talents with innovation ability, it puts forward some countermeasures from aspects of industrial-design-based national strategy, industrial design industry and innovation resource gathering, talent training, etc., to promote China＇s industrial design innovation.
