摘要
针对生态学专业本科人才培养中存在的问题,我们以中南林业科技大学生态学本科专业为例,从理论和实践两个层面对生态学专业本科人才培养的目标和规格、培养模式进行探讨。认为人才培养的基本思路是实施通识教育即"‘通才’+‘专才’"的教育模式,强化学生的社会适应性和就业针对性。在此基础上,依据社会需求、学科发展、办学定位、办学条件和传统特色等确立自己相对稳定的培养规格,探索基础研究型、管理决策型、技术应用型等三类生态学专业人才的不同培养方案,实现培养模式多样化,突出培养特色。
In view of the personnel training problems existing in the ecology professional undergraduate course, we discusses the personnel training goals and the cultivation model of ecology professional undergraduate course from two aspects of theory and practice, for example the ecological undergraduates of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology. We think that the talent training implementation of general education is the basic train of thought of the "' generalist '+' professional personnel '" mode of education, and strengthening students' social adaptability and occupational pertinence. On this basis, according to the needs of society, subject development, school-running orientation, educational conditions and the cultivation of the heritage and establish a relatively stable specifications, we adopt three mode types of cultivating professional talent of basic research, management, technology applied, to implement training mode diversification and highlight the characteristics of culture.
