细胞炎症因子与外风侵袭肝风内动型抽动障碍的相关性研究

Relationship between Inflammatory Cytokines and Tic Disorder of Endogenous Liver Wind Type Caused by External Wind Invasion

目的:探讨抽动障碍(TD)发病与细胞炎症因子的相关性。方法:选取40例外风袭肺肝风内动型TD患儿(TD组)及24名健康儿童(对照组)。采用化学发光法检测两组血浆细胞炎症因子TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6和IL-1β水平。结果:TD组患儿血浆TNF-α、IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);TD组患儿IL-6水平升高的例数多于对照组(P<0.05),但两组IL-1β水平升高的例数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:TD发病与细胞炎症因子水平升高密切相关。

Objective： To explore the correlation between attack of tic disorder （TD） and inflammatory cytokiues. Methods： Forty children with TD of endogenous liver wind type （TD group） and 24 healthy children （control group） were enrolled in this study. The levels of TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-1β were observed by chemil method. Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in TD group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the IL-6 level of the cases in TD group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and without significant difference in IL-1β level between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The onset of TD is closely related to the rise of inflammatory eytokines level.
