关于中医住院医师规范化培训开展网络课程教学的实践与思考

Exploration on Online Teaching Reform in Standardized Training for TCM Resident Physicians

为解决中医住院医师规范化培训课程中学时偏紧的问题,开展了网络课程教学改革,并取得了一定的效果,但也反映出一些问题。在分析现状及教学评价的基础上,提出应通过构建交互式的网络教学平台、增加网络教学内容表现形式、增加教学活动设计、体现中医专业特色等方式来改进网络课程教学。

To solve the problem of tense hours in standardized training of TCM resident physicians, we carry out reforms of online teaching. Good results have been achieved, but also reflect some problems. Based on the analysis of the current situation and teaching evaluation, we propose to build an interactive network teaching platform, increase manifestations of online teaching content and increase teaching activities design.
