摘要
对近年来中药挥发油提取技术及生物活性的相关文献进行综述,并对中药挥发油研究中存在的问题进行探讨。中药挥发油目前常用的提取技术主要是水蒸气蒸馏法、CO2超临界萃取法,对其成分的定性定量分析主要采用指纹图谱色谱法,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法较为常用。中药挥发油生物活性的应用研究主要集中在抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等方面。
This paper summarizes related literatures of extractive technique and biological activity of essential oil and discusses the issues during the research progress. The main extractive techniques are steam distillation method and supercritical CO2 extraction method. Fingerprint chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） and high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ） assay are commonly used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of its components. Biological activity of essential oils plays an important role in the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-tumor aspects.
