负压式加热调配锅在食品生产中的应用研究

Application of Vacuum Heating Pot in Food Production

通过对负压式调配锅的设计和制造,实现设备在哈萨克斯坦食品加工主流设备的配套,同时将调配锅设备应用于果糖、黄瓜罐头以及番茄制品等国内外多个食品行业,提高了设备的通用性。通过先进设备的应用,有效地保证了产品品质,节约了能源,提高了企业生产效率,解决了生产加工中存在的难题。

Based on design and manufacturing of the vacuum heating pot,this article realized the equipment suit for mainstream food processing equipment in Kazakhstan,meanwhile the deployment of equipment was applied in local fructose,canned cucumbers and tomato products and other food industries to improve the generality of the equipment.The application of advanced equipment could ensure the quality of products effectively and energy saving,improve production efficiency,and solve the problems existing in the procluction process.
