摘要
针对某大型化工企业循环水系统存在的"大马拉小车"现象和水泵长期处于"大流量、超扬程"的偏设计工况运行的特点,提出采用"三元流技术"对水泵进行纠偏节能技术改造,通过更换高效三元流叶轮达到提高水泵运行效率及降低能耗的目标。实施改造后,水泵效率提高近10%,单台水泵每年节约电能76.8万kW·h,节能效果显著。
Focused on the energy loss phenomenon and characteristic of pump being in“high flow and head”partial design con-dition too long,the energy efficiency renovation to pump was proposed using three dimensional flow technique,it realized the effect of increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption based on renewing high efficiency impeller.After the renovation,the ef-ficiency of the pump increased nearly 10 percent,a single pump saved electric energy 76.8 kW·h each year,the energy saving effect was remarkable.
