摘要
针对西气东输三线大口径管道工程人工喷砂除锈困难及人工喷砂除锈存在易损伤补口区外的防腐层、工人劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣、污染严重、除锈间断有遗漏、砂料浪费严重、除锈质量受人为影响等诸多问题,将自主研发的自动喷砂除锈设备应用于西气东输三线西段工程的防腐补口施工中。阐述了管道喷砂除锈机理、管道自动喷砂除锈装置组成及工作原理、管道自动喷砂除锈执行机构构成及工作原理、装置性能参数及管道表面处理工作要求,为管道喷砂除锈技术的持续发展提供参考依据。工程应用证明,管道自动喷砂除锈装置可有效解决人工喷砂存在的系列问题,且性能稳定、自动化程度高、操作简单、野外环境适应能力强,除锈质量满足要求,有效节约工时,砂料的循环利用可节约施工成本,切实保障西气东输三线管道工程的顺利施工及管道的安全运营。
Indigenous automatic sand-blasting equipment used in anti-corrosion construction of 3rd west-east gas pipeline pro-ject in view of the existing problems such as easy to damage the anticorrosion layer fill the mouth outside the zone,large labor in-tensity,poor working environment,serious pollution,derusting intermittent missing,serious waste of sand,derusting quality by people.Described the sand-blasting mechanism of pipeline,the composition and working principle of pipeline automatic sand-blasting equipment,the composition and working principle of execution mechanism of pipeline automatic sand-blasting equip-ment,performances and surface processing requirements,provide the reference for the sustainable development of pipeline blas-ting technology.The engineering application shows that automatic sand-blasting equipment can effectively exist solve a series of problems of artificial sand,stable performance,high degree of automation,simple operation,outdoor environment adaptability, meet the requirements of quality,effectively save man-hour,sand material recycling can save the construction cost,so as to en-sure the safety of pipeline construction and operation.
