从项目化到制度化:我国职业教育教师培养体系的设计 被引量:33

The Change of Training System of Vocational Teacher in China from Project to System

摘要 过去10多年是我国职业教育教师培养体系发展的重要时期,在肯定其重大成就的同时也应看到其不足,即该时期的职业教育教师培养体系是以项目化培训为基本形式运作,它只能是我国职业教育教师培养体系发展的一个过渡阶段。面对职业教育的现代化发展需求,其教师培养体系需要向制度化方向发展。 Over the past 10 years, the vocational teacher education of China has experienced an important development period. It brought great achievement to vocational education and as well had serious problems. The reason why this period is only a transitional stage rather than the ultimate form in the process of establishing the training system of vocational teachers is that the teacher training is operated merely in the way of carrying out projects. In order to meet the demand of the modernization of vocational education, vocational teacher education needs to be systematized. There are three requirements for this system, namely, covering all the teaching staff, systematizing education process and making plan with initiatives. There are also three key factors for the construction of the new framework: (1) to build education institution network of vocational teacher in cities; (2) to standardize education content of vocational teacher by developing vocational teacher competence standards; (3) to provide regulation condition for the operation of the teacher education system by reforming vocational teacher certification.
