Strengthening the Public Awareness of Officials and Media Communication Skills——Based on the Perspective of the Disposal of Public Crisis

当前我国处于经济转轨、社会转型的关键时期,社会结构深刻调整,利益主体多样化,价值观念与利益诉求多元化,社会矛盾频发,以网络为载体的新媒体方兴未艾,给党和政府的执政带来巨大挑战。广大领导干部只有坚持执政为民的执政理念,在处置公共危机中增强舆论意识,加强与媒体的沟通,从维护人民群众的根本利益出发,维护好社会秩序及其社会的和谐稳定。

At present, China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation, social structure is adjusted profoundly,stakeholders are diverse, values and demands of interest are diverse, social conflicts frequently occur, and new media with network as a carrier is in the ascendant; bring a huge challenge to the ruling Party and the government. The officials should adhere to the governing philosophy of power for the people, strengthen the public awareness in the disposal of public crisis, and enhance the communication with media, starting from protecting the fundamental interests of people, to safeguard the social order and its harmony and stability.
