耳穴埋豆促进老年胃肠道手术后肠功能恢复的临床研究

Clinical research on auricular acupoint embedment therapy for gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation in old people underwent gastrointestinal operation

目的观察耳穴埋豆对老年胃肠道手术后肠功能的影响。方法将90例同期入院行胃肠手术的患者,根据所在病区分为常规组、对照组和观察组,每组30例。常规组采用常规护理;对照组予"快速康复外科"理念下的护理措施;观察组在对照组干预措施基础上加用耳穴埋豆。观察各组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间和腹胀情况。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间均早于常规组(P<0.05),腹胀发生率明显低于常规组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "快速康复外科"理念辅以耳穴埋豆能有效促进老年胃肠道术后患者肠功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint embedment therapy for gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation in old people underwent gastrointestinal operation. Methods Ninety cases underwent gastrointestinal operation at the same period were randomized into conventional group and control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated by conventional therapy; control group was treated by nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery （ ~I＇S）, and observation group was added with auricular acupoint embedment therapy. The recovery time of intestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust, and abdominal distension were observed. Results The recovery time of intestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust in observation group were shorter than and conventional group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and occurrence rate of abdominal distension in observation group was lower than that of the control group and conventional group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined auricular acupoint embedment therapy with FTS concept can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal tract function in old people after gastrointestinal operation.
