丛刺结合血府逐瘀汤治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征临床观察

Combination of cluster needling and “Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction” for the treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome

目的观察针药结合治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征(PFS)的临床疗效。方法运用丛刺结合血府逐瘀汤加味治疗PFS患者38例,疗程1个月,疗程结束后3个月随访;观察临床疗效及治疗前后压痛点数、VAS疼痛评分的变化。结果治疗后,临床总有效率为89.47%;患者压痛点数、VAS疼痛评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),3个月后随访与治疗后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针药结合治疗PFS疗效良好且稳定。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cluster needling and ＂ Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction＂ in treating primary fibromyalgia syndrome （ PFS ）. Methods Thirty-eight cases of PFS were treated with cluster needling and modified ＂Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction＂, with the course of 1 month. Follow-up visit after 3 months treatment, and we observe the clinical efficacy, number of pressure pain point and visual analog scores （ VAS）. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 89.47% ; the number of pressure pain point was reduced and the VAS was improved markedly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, no significant difference was found in follow-up and treatment after 3 months （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine has positive and stable effect on PFS.
