摘要
通过平衡分配系数的计算 ,得到原铝中杂质Fe、Si的平衡分配系数 (K0 ) ,通过实验测定了杂质Fe、Si的有效分配系数Ke,实验考察了铝液净化效果。结果表明 ,铝中的Si和Fe可采用偏析法分离净化 ,Fe比Si的净化效果更好 ,这是由于Fe的K0 和Ke 比Si的小的原因。
The equipment distribution codfficient (K 0) of impurities Si and Fe in Aluminum was gained through calculation and their effective distribution coefficient (K e) was determined by experiments in this paper.The purification effects of Aluminum were examined by experiments.The results showed that the impurities Fe and Si could be removed by segregation purification methods.It was found that Fe was removed more easily than Si because the distribution coefficient of Fe was smaller than the distribution coefficient of Si.
