A Review of Hai Rui Studies

有关海瑞的著述,最早可以追溯到海瑞在世时期,然直至20世纪上半叶,国内有关海瑞的研究仍缓慢地进行着。20世纪50年代以来,随着海瑞精神的提倡以及《海瑞罢官》相关辩论的展开,海瑞研究虽束缚于政治的镣铐下,仍得以迅速发展。80年代之后,学科的综合以及研究领域的拓宽等,使得海瑞研究逐步走向纵化、深化,无论在数量,抑或质量上均取得了可喜的成果。

Treatises on Hai Rui＇s studies can date back to the period when Hal Rui was alive, but no break- through progress had been made on such issues until the first half of the 20th century. Since the 1950s, with the advocacy of Hai Rui spirit and the widespread debate on Hai Rui＇s Dismissal from Offwe, rapid advancement has been secured in Hai Rui studies despite the then political fetters. Since the 1980s, Hai Rui studies have witnessed gratifying success qualitatively and quantitatively thanks to the discipline integration and the research field expan-sion.
