With the current development of market economy, the development of animation industry has been an issue of national economic integrity. As animation industry of Fujian Province faces both opportu- nities and challenges, it is necessary to make innovations, to optimize the industrial structure, to make laws effective and to train more talents so that animation industry can develop significantly and become a new engine in theprovincial economy
