非正式出版物具有重要的文献价值,是图书馆文献资源建设的有机组成部分。本文在对非正式出版物概念进行界定的基础上,指出非正式出版物与非法出版物的内在联系与区别,以及非正式出版物的内涵及特点,呼吁图书馆加强非正式出版物的征集入藏,利用非正式出版物建设特色馆藏。

Informal publications, as part of document resources construction, is of important documentary value. After defining informal publications, the author brings out the intrinsic link and the difference between informal publications and illegal publications, and also analyzes the connotation and the characteristics of informal publications. Finally, the author calls for librar- ies to collect informal publications to form their special collections.
