摘要
糯扎渡心墙堆石坝心墙防渗土料由天然混合土掺入35%的人工碎石而成,最大粒径达150mm。超大粒径掺砾土料应用于260 m级高土石坝在国内尚属首次,其全料击实特性、细料压实标准、压实质量检测方法等均无先例可循。本文在使用直径600 mm的超大型击实仪进行全料击实试验中,掌握了掺砾土料的击实特性,确定了填筑压实标准,研究应用了全料、细料压实度检测方法。
Abstract: The anti-seepage filling material for the core of the roekfill dam with core wall of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is com- posed with 35% of artificial crushed-rock with the maximum particle size up to 150 mm. It is the first time to apply the super- sized gravel mixed filling material to the construction of the high core wall earth-rockfill dam with the height of 260 m in China ; for which no any referential cases for the compacted characteristics, the compaction standard, the testing method of the compac- tion quality, etc. are there to be followed. The super-sized compactor with the diameter of 600 mm is used to make the compac- tion test for the first time in this study, and then not only the compacted characteristics of the gravel-mixed filling material is known, but the filling compaction criteria are also determined along with the study on the compaction testing methods for both the full material and the fine material.
