摘要
针对城市综合承灾能力评价中的多因素影响、利用传统遗传算法容易陷入局部最优等问题,在基本鱼群算法里增加了自适应调整参数,构建了基于改进人工鱼群算法的城市综合承灾力投影寻踪评价模型,通过寻求最佳投影方向,利用一个综合反映多因素之间复杂关系的特征指标给出相应的评价等级结果。并针对样本城市进行合理评价,为城市综合承灾力评价提供新的技术工具。
Aimed at the evaluation of multiple factors in the city's comprehensive disaster bearing capacity, it is easy to fall into local optimum and other issues by the traditional genetic algorithm, which constructs the PPE model of city's comprehensive disaster bearing capacity based on AAFSA algorithm through increasing adaptive parameters in AFSA algorithm. It also gives the appropriate level of evaluation results by the use of a comprehensive reflection of the complex relationship between multiple factors characteristic index through seeking the best projection direction. It can provide a new technical tools for the city's comprehensive disaster bearing capacity assessment by the reasonable evaluation of the sample cities.
