摘要
通过用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机对SMA490BW耐候钢进行焊接热影响区(HAZ)各亚区域热模拟试验,对各亚区域的组织、晶粒度和硬度进行测试与分析。结果表明,各亚区域组织形貌存在明显差异,峰值温度对金相组织及分布形态有显著的影响;焊接热循环峰值温度越高晶粒尺寸越大,合适的二次热循环有利于晶粒细化;在不同的焊接热循环条件下,冷却时间对晶粒尺寸大小的影响不同;试件硬度因热循环次数、热循环最高温度以及冷却时间不同而变化。
All the regional areas of welding heat affected zone of SMA490BW weathering resistant steel were simulated using Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation tester,then their structure and mechanical performance were tested and analyzed.Test results show that: organizations of regional areas are different,peak temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure and distribution form ;the higher welding thermal cycle peak temperature, the bigger grain size; suitable second thermal cycle is beneficial to grain refinement; in different welding thermal cycling conditions, cooling time affects grain size differently;specimen hardness dues to thermal cycling numbers and highest temperature and cooling time.
