摘要 采用焊接工艺的压力容器结构广泛地应用于石油化工行业中,而较大的焊接残余应力是影响焊接结构寿命的主要因素。逆焊接消除残余应力的工艺方法是通过引入与焊接过程相反的温度场,产生塑性变形达到消除残余应力的目的并产生延缓失效的压应力层。采用正交试验设计方法,以逆焊接消除残余应力工艺后的综合应力为评价指标,针对2.25CrMo采用逆焊接工艺操作参数优化设计,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对逆焊接工艺进行模拟,获得了2.25CrMo的逆焊接处理的应力分布状况。分析表明,对逆焊接工艺影响最大的是热处理温度,其次是冷却时间和冷却范围。研究结果为优化逆焊接操作工艺和大规模推广提供了依据。 Welding technology was widely used in pressure vessel structure and petrochemical industry, and higher welding residual stress is one of the main factors affecting the service life of welded structure.Post welding cooling treatment method is producing plastic deformed to eliminate the residual stress and compressive stress layer delayed failure by introducing reverse process welding temperature field.By orthogonal experimental design method,considering 2.25CrMo operating parameters optimization design in post weld cool treatment process,finite element software ABAQUS was simulated in this paper,obtained the welding processing stress distribution of 2.25CrMo steel after post weld cool treatment process.Resuhs show that the post weld cool treatment process is the greatest influence of heat treatment temperature,followed by cooling rate and cooling time.The results optimized post weld cool treatment process and large scale promotion.
