摘要
以U71Mn钢轨闪光对焊接头断裂轨腰为研究对象,运用肉眼观察、光学显微镜、扫描电镜及电子能谱分析等手段,分别从宏观和微观角度分析了钢轨断裂原因。结果表明,该断裂为解理断裂,起裂源位于钢轨中氧化物夹杂处,并给出合理化建议。
This article researc.hed fractured flash butt welding joint of U71Mn rail, employed visual observation,metallographie microscope,SEM and EDS fro,n macro and micro.The results show that it belongs to cleavage fracture,whose crack source is in oxide inclusions,and it puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
