摘要
在脱氢热力学与动力学基础上,具体研究了影响轴承钢真空脱氢的各种因素,以此确定合适的真空工艺参数。研究结果表明,当真空保持时间为15min,两路保持氩气流量为80/40NL/min时,钢中氢含量平均为1.9ppm。这满足轴承铜Ah衰减率精准控制的要求,符合生产节奏,节约了生产成本。
The paper mainly studies the factors affecting vacuum dehydrogenation process of hearing steel to find the ap- propriate parameters of vacuum process on the basis of the dehydrogenation thermodynamics and kinetics. The results show that when the vacuum keeping time is 15 minutes and argon flow rates are 80/40NL/min, the average hydrogen content in steel is about 1.9 pp, which can meet the requirement for accurate control of the total aluminum attenuation rate of bearing steel and save the production cost.
