摘要 协同办公系统是一个基于互联网技术、电子一体化的统一办公平台,可以满足企业各单位跨时间、跨区域、跨部门的集团化协同办公要求。可以根据不同的业务,建立分类的知识库,构建知识地图,将人员、流程和业务知识紧密集成在一起的综合性系统。南钢协同办公系统的正式上线从根本上实现了企业单位内部协作、沟通、流程规范的信息化需求,是国家推行两化融合以来,信息化建设进程中又一个辉煌成果。 Cooperative Office System is unified work platform based on Internet technology and electronic integration, which can meet the group coordination work requirement across time, regions and departments. It is a comprehensive system in which the personnel, processes and business are tightly integrated according to different businesses to build classification of knowledge base and knowledge map.
