高等教育大众化背景下法律实践教学之途

Teaching Approaches for Legal Practice Classes in the Context of Higher Education Popularization

中国高等教育已经跨入了国际公认的大众化门槛,文凭无法实现与职业的一一对应,中国法学本科教育应当从精英教育向通识教育转变,实现从重知识到重素质地链接,加大实践教学的比重,以解决法学教育与职业对接的难题。

China＇ s higher education has been on the stage of popularization, where diplo- mas do not promise employment any more. It is argued here that the undergraduate education of law should shift the focus from elite education to liberal education. More attention should be paid to practice than knowledge. More practice teaching may do great help for students＇ future career.
