摘要 用形态解剖和组织学方法对切尾拟鲿(Pseudobagrus truncatus)消化系统进行了研究。结果表明,切尾拟鲿为典型的肉食性有胃鱼,肠道系数0.63±0.04。消化道包括口咽腔、食道、胃、肠及肛门。食道上皮为复层扁平上皮,内含较多杯状细胞和粘液细胞;胃呈"U"形,包括贲门部、盲囊部和幽门部,胃的粘膜表层是单层柱状上皮。贲门部、盲囊部粘膜上皮下层有胃腺组织;肠由前肠、中肠和后肠三部分组成,肠粘膜表层也为单层柱状上皮,在上皮细胞之间分散有大量的杯状细胞,杯状黏液细胞自前向后数量逐渐增多;消化腺分为肝脏和胰脏,肝小叶分隔不明显;呈弥散型的胰分布在肠系膜上。 The digestive system of Pseudobagrus truncatus was studied by morphological and histological methods. The re- suits showed that P. truncatus was a typical carnivorous fish which had a stomach. The average intestinal coefficient of the P. truncatus was 0. 63 +- 0. 04. The digestive tract of P. truncatus includes the cavum oropharyngeum, esophagus, stomach, intestine and anus. Esophagus mucosa was stratified squamous epithelia with abundant mucous secretory ceils and goblet ceils. The stomach was U - shaped, which was composed of three portions: cardia, blind sac and pylorus. The mucosal surface of the stomach was simple columnar. There was a layer of gastric adenocarcinoma tissue under the mucosal epitheli- um in the cardia and caecum. The intestine could be divided into three sections, including cranial intestine, mid - intes- tine, and retral intestine. The intestine mucosa was composed of smooth simple columnar epithelium and numerous goblet cells. The number of goblet ceils increasd gradually from the front to the end. Digestive gland included liver and pancre- as. There was no obvious boundary between acini hepatics. Pancreas was diffused in mesenterium around intestine or dis- perse into liver along blood vesse.
