摘要
采用果胶钙交联载体微球包埋鼠李糖乳杆菌GG(LGG),考察不同干燥方法对储藏存活率和载体释放性能的影响.结果表明:应用冷冻干燥和自然风干两种干燥方法干燥后的果胶钙微球在胃肠上部都未降解,在结肠被降解并释放LGG;再与未经干燥处的载体微球相比,得出冷冻干燥法是长期保存含有LGG微球的最好方法.
The LGG was encapsulated in pectin/Ca2+hydrogel beads, and the effects of the different drying conditions on survivability of LGG and its release from the beads were investigated. The results indicate that the freeze dried and air dried beads remained intact in the upper gastrointestinal tract and were degraded and released LGG in the colon. However, freeze dried beads increased survivability of LGG in comparison with air dried and non-dried beads.
