摘要 通过人工授精的方法获得大刺鳅(Mastacembelue armatus)受精卵,并在(25±1)℃的孵化条件下,详细观察了大刺鳅胚胎发育的特征。结果显示:成熟大刺鳅卵呈卵圆形,金黄色,为具有黏性的沉性卵,受精卵卵径为(2.03±0.11)mm,且具有油球。水温(25±1)℃条件下,大刺鳅受精卵历时65.0 h孵化出膜,所需总积温为(1 624.5±58.12)℃·h。大刺鳅受精卵的卵裂方式为盘状卵裂,根据各个发育阶段的形态特征,将其划分为受精卵、胚盘隆起、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官发生和出膜等8个连续发育阶段,22个时期。 The fertilized eggs of Mastacembelue armatus were obtained by artificial insemination. And the morphological characteristic of embryonic development was observed in detail under the water temperature of (25 ± 1 ) ℃. The results showed that the fully mature eggs were orbicular - ovate, golden yellow, and demersal eggs with viscosity, and the average egg diameter was (2. 03 ±0. 11 ) mm and with oil globule. It took 65.0 h from fertilization to hatching - out with the average accumulative temperature of ( 1624. 5 + 58. 12) ~C ~ h. The cleavage of fertilized eggs of M. armatus was discoidal cleav- age. According to the morphological characteristics in all stages of the embryonic development process, it could be divided into 8 stages, including fertilized egg stage, the uplift of blastoderm stage, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neurula stage, organ formation stage and hatching stage, and 22 developing phases.
