摘要
针对在重装空投过程中,由于货物最大翻转角超出合理范围后引起牵引连接绳单边受到动载冲击,容易使单边的牵引连接绳过载而出现断裂,造成空投失败的问题。分析得出:影响货物最大翻转角的主要因素有飞机速度、摆放位置、货物重心位置等,为了明确这些因素对货物最大翻转角的影响程度,构建了货物翻转运动轨迹模型,并通过实例在不同因素影响的条件下对货物最大翻转角进行计算分析,拟合出货物离机时姿态角和最大翻转角随其因素的变化曲线,实现了不同因素对货物最大翻转角影响程度的可视化。该计算模型为保证飞机空投安全提供了帮助。
In the airdrop process, as the cargo beyond the scope of reasonable maximum turning angle caused by the traction rope connected with unilateral dynamic load, it is easy to make the traction connect ing rope overload unilateral and cause failure of the airdrop. The main factors affecting the maximum cargo flip angle are the aircraft speed, position, the position of the center of gravity, and so on. In order to de termine the influence degree of these factors on the maximum clear cargo flip angle, we constructed cargo turnover trajectory model, through calculation of the maximum rolling angle on the condition of different factors. The fitting curves of goods from machine attitude angle and the maximum turning angle with the factors, the realization of different factors on the maximum cargo flip angle influence the degree of visual ization. This motel provides help to ensure safe aircraft airdrop.
