摘要 以某型涡轴发动机为研究对象,建立了涡轴发动机部件级性能仿真模型,根据清洗前后压气机性能参数的数据,计算得出发动机的总体性能的变化情况,分析发动机总体性能恢复的规律。结果表明:清洗后,发动机燃气涡轮前总温、燃气涡轮后总温和耗油率显著降低,轴功率和扭矩显著提高。 Based on a certain type of vortex axis engine, vortex axis componentlevel engine performance simulation model was established and calculated by cleaning before and after the vortex axis engine overall change of situation. Then we analyzed the influence on engine performance of a cleaning. The results show that, gas turbine engine before total temperature and total temperature and specific fuel consumption is de creased obviously after cleaning, and shaft power and torque has improved significantly.
