中国企业东南亚水电投资风险与防控对策

Risks and prevention and control measures of hydropower investment of China's enterprises in Southeast Asia

东南亚诸国水资源丰富,近年在经济快速发展的带动下,开始规划水电开发。中国企业基于国内开发经验,纷纷投资东南亚水电开发,部分企业因政治动乱、文化差异、自然灾害等诸多的风险遭受不同程度的损失。在界定水电投资风险的基础上,基于案例分析,从投资环境和企业自身两个维度归纳中国企业投资东南亚水电面临的投资风险,并提出了包括建立投资监管制度、收集发布投资信息、建立风险预警系统等内容的东南亚水电开发风险防控对策。

The countries in Southeast Asia are rich in water resources. They have initiated to plan the hydropower development in recent years under the driving of rapid economic development. With their domestic experience,many China's enterprises start to invest in hydropower development in Southeast Asia.Some of them have suffered from various degrees of loss because of the risks of political turmoil, cultural differences and natural disasters and so on. Based on the definition of hydropower investment risk and case studies,the risks of China's enterprises in hydropower investment in Southeast Asia are summarized from two aspects of the investment environment and enterprises.Some prevention and control measures for China 's enterprises to avoid hydropower investment risks in Southeast Asia are proposed,such as establishment of investment supervision system,collection of released information about investment and establishment of risk early warning system.
