广东省水库移民可持续发展的后期扶持模式探究

Modes of late support for sustainable development of reservoir resettlement in Guangdong Province

以广东省为例,围绕移民可持续发展的理念分析当前广东省内外各种扶持方式的优劣,并结合广东省当前后期扶持方式的特点,借鉴其他省份后期扶持方式的经验,提出构建具有广东特色的水库移民后期扶持模式及其有效运行的保障措施,以此解决广东省移民扶持新形势下的移民致富的迫切需求与后扶模式落后的矛盾问题。

The strengths and weaknesses of various modes of the late support in Guangdong Province are analyzed based on the concept of sustainable development of reservoir resettlement. Combined with the characteristics of the current late support in Guangdong Province and the experience of other provinces, the mode of late support of reservoir resettlement with Guangdong Province characteristics and the safeguard measures are proposed to solve the contradiction between immigrants ' urgent need for becoming rich and backward modes of late support.
