摘要 为满足液货船对各个液舱液位、压力、温度等参数的远程监测需求,提出了基于CAN总线与以太网的液位遥测系统的设计方案,对系统中的信号采集模块、通信模块进行了软硬件设计,并利用Intouch组态软件开发了系统监控软件。实际应用结果表明,该系统测量结果准确、操作方便。 In order to meet the needs of the tankers to remote monitor the parameters such as liquid level, pressure, temperature, etc in each liquid tank, the design of the liquid level telemetry system of tankers based on CAN and Ethernet is developed in this paper. The hardware and software of signal acquisition module and communication module of the system is designed and the system monitoring software is developed by Intouch configuration software. The results of practical application indicate that the measurement results of this system are accurate and this system is easy to use.
