摘要
本文利用高精度定位、无线网络、动力分配和船舶运动等技术设计了拖船联合作业调度系统,该系统能对各个拖船及被拖船舶进行精确定位和拖航,实现拖船作业过程的实时监控及指挥调度。
The paper designs the joint operation dispatching system for towboat on base of high precision positioning, wireless network, power distribution and ship motion. The system can realize precise positioning and towage of every towboat and towed ship, and real-time monitoring and command dispatching during the towboat operation.
