摘要
本文以电机的相似性原理为基础,通过理论分析和研究,得出电机总体的尺寸和电负荷、磁负荷之间的比例关系;同时对几何相似性条件下的参数和性能的差别进行了研究。理论分析不仅指出了电机设计中具有相似性、不具备相似性、以及不能使用几何相似性进行模拟的主要性能参数,还针对电机设计的型谱化时的参数变化规律和参数优化与调整给出了有益建议。
In this paper, the proportion of size, electric load and magnetic load are obtained on the basis of the electromagnetism analogous theory. The parameters that can be described by proportion based on analogous theory, those cannot be deduced by direct ratio and those have nothing to do with the analogous theory are pointed out after the theoretical analysis on mathematic expression. On the other hand, critical suggestions about serialization products design and adjustments and improvements of the operational oarameters are also proposed.
