ERP应用的市场价值与索洛悖论

摘要 ERP应用是否提升用户的价值一直存在所谓的投入无相应产出的"索洛悖论"争论。观察ERP用户的市场价值变化有利于厘清这一争议。ERP应用的早期阶段,明显存在着市场效应,随着ERP的普及,ERP已成为用户获得平等竞争的必要手段与资源要素之一,其市场效应下降,存在着学习效应与边际效应递减现象。这对于利益相关方重新审视与评价ERP效益提出了新的视角。 Whether ERP Application can promote the user's value has long been involved in the Solo Productivity Paradox regarding the amount of input does not produce the corresponding amount of output. Observing the change of Market Value on ERP users is useful to clarify the dispute. The early stage of ERP Application sees an obvious market effect. With the widespread of ERP, it has become a necessary method and resource factor for users to acquire equal competition. The market value of ERP has been re- duced with phenomenon of Learning Effects and Marginal Diminishing Effect which provides the interests- related parties with new angles of reassessment and reevaluation.
