摘要
在阀用软填料密封中 ,流体的泄漏量与压紧软填料时产生的侧向压力密切相关。作者基于对软填料性能的研究 ,把软填料假设为横向同性的粘弹性固体 ,并利用边界条件求出了其解析解。将W .Ochonski的实验结果用于本分析 ,表明该解析解可以客观地描述软填料的力学性能。通过变化软填料的材料、截面尺寸和有效变形高度等 ,可对软填料的力学性能进行适当的调整。
Soft packing for valve is regarded as transversely isotropic viscoelasticity,according to these equations and boundary condition,analytic solutions are obtained.Compared with W.Ochonski's experiments,it seems that mechanical behaviors can be described by analytic solutions,and mechanical behaviors can be adjusted by accommodating material and section.
