硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压患者42例经济及实用性分析

Hypertension economic and practical analysis of 42 cases nifedipine treatment

目的 对硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的经济实用性和有效性进行探讨和分析.方法 将患者分为对照组、治疗组和观察组三组,对照组11例患者,治疗组13例患者,观察组18例患者,对对照组患者应用氨氯地平片治疗,对治疗组患者应用非洛地平片治疗,对观察组患者应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,对三组患者的治疗效果以及经济支出进行比较和分析.结果 治疗组治疗花费最高,对照组次之,观察组最低,三组治疗花费差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对高血压患者应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗不但能够取得理想的临床治疗效果而且能够减轻患者的经济负担,值得推广和应用.

Objective Discusse and analyze the practicality and effectiveness nifedipine treating hypertension economic. Methods the patients were divided into three groups,the treatment group and the observation group three groups, the control group of 11 patients , 13 patients treated, 18 patients in the observation group , the control group in patients on amlodipine tablets in the treatment of patients with treatment group felodipine tablets treatment, observation group nifedipine patients , the treatment effects and economic costs of the three groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Treatment, the highest cost, followed by the control group, the lowest observed group differences in the treatment of spent three groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nifedipine for treatment of hypertension in patients not only to achieve the desired clinical effect and can reduce the financial burden on patients, should be promoted and applied.
