目的 探讨透明卡环在铸造支架式局部可摘义齿中的临床应用效果,解决铸造支架式局部可摘义齿在前部牙齿使用金属卡环的美观问题.方法 对临床上156例牙列缺损,条件是在恒牙14到24,34到44范围内使用金属或者透明卡环设计的病例,佩戴此种设计的铸造支架式可摘局部活动义齿修复2-3年的观察对比.使用透明卡环的为76例,使用金属卡环的为80例.对义齿在固位或支持或稳定、义齿是否损坏、美观等方面进行对比分析.结果 使用透明卡环的铸造支架式可摘局部义齿因发生固位或支持或稳定问题的2例,发生义齿损坏问题的1例,美观问题均比较理想;使用金属卡环的铸造支架式可摘局部义齿因发生固位或支持或稳定问题的2例,发生义齿损坏问题的1例,因美观问题患者认为不太理想的58例.结论 透明卡环在铸造支架式可摘局部义齿中应用有一定的适应症,只要应用合理,不但能起到金属卡环的作用,而且还能解决前部牙齿因使用金属卡环的不美观问题,提高患者的满意程度,得到了患者的认可.

Results The use of casting frame type transparent clasp removable partial denture due to 2 retention or support or stability problems, one patients with denture damage problem, aesthetic problems are ideal; the use of metal casting frame ring of removable partial denture retention due to the occurrence of 2 cases or support or stability problem, one patients with denture damage problem, because of beautiful problems in patients with 58 were not ideal.Conclusion transparent clasp removable partial denture in the application of a certain indications in casting flame, if the application is reasonable, not only can play the metal clasp effect, but also the problem of anterior teeth due to the use of metal clasp unsightly problem, enhance patient satisfaction, has been accepted by patients.
